Approach
The product was designed around the real path from inbound RFQ to outbound customer quote. AI-assisted intake converts text, PDFs, and photographs into structured metal line items for review. Users can then create tailored supplier RFQs, capture returned prices, compare cost and lead time line by line, select the appropriate source, and apply markup.
Each entered supplier price also contributes to item-level price history, giving the team useful context the next time the same material appears. Sent quotes retain a snapshot of the selected costs so historical documents do not drift as pricing changes.
